Custom Icons for Google Translate and Yandex Translate

I’ve swapped out the hieroglyphs in the icons for Devanagari characters. The left icon now shows क (ka), while the right icon uses अ (a). In the original designs, Google Translate paired the Latin G with the Chinese character 文 (wén, meaning “language” or “script”), and Yandex Translate used the Latin A alongside the Japanese hiragana あ (a).
